Sarah Campise Hallier is the Managing Editor of Poggioreale in America Inc, a nonprofit committed to preserving the history and cultural heritage of Western Sicilians and their diaspora. Her fascination with Italy goes beyond the postcard-perfect views—it’s about the layered history, the way past and present blur, and how every conversation somehow circles back to food. She has been featured in Italy Magazine, The Local IT, la Repubblica, We the Italians, Appetito Magazine, as well as multiple health, wellness & lifestyle magazines, covering everything from cultural identity to evolving  food experiences.
